Here you may post the character bios for your characters.


Weapon Classes
-Heavy/Melee Weapons: Hammers, Battle Axes, War Axes, Maces.
-Bladed Weapons: Great Swords, Long Swords, Short Swords, Daggers.
-Ranged Weapons: Long Bows, Short Bows, Crossbows, guns (one shot before reload)

Weapon Materials

-Iron: Iron is the lowest quality metal found in weapons and armor in Athlentel. Composed primarily of the element of the same name, iron weapons and armor are durable despite requiring only limited craftsmanship. Most iron weapons have a crude appearance and are likely melted and hammered into their current shape without any other metal or substance (such as carbon, which would result in steel) added to the mix.
-Steel: Steel weapons are the second most common weapons found in Athlentel. It is more durable and stronger than iron weapons. Used as the primary weapon material in the bulk of the human military.
-Silver: Silver weapons are made of silver, an expensive material that is used in both weapons and in household items. It is higher quality than steel.
-Mithril: Mithril weapons are of the highest quality and are amongst the hardest to acquire as a result. Mithril is found in small deposits along the Heavenstone and Gold Coasts as well as in the small mountain region found on the Isle of Bliss. Mithril is the strongest material for weapons that the humans use, though it is by no means the best overall material.
-Glass: Glass is also used as a specialty weapon material for arrow heads. A glass arrow head will shatter upon puncturing the targets skin, creating a highly painful wound due to the shards and slivers of glass within the wound.


Armor Types

Light Armor
-Fur: Fur armor is made from the fur of animals. It provides the weakest protection against enemy attacks. It is a common, very low-level armor.
-Leather: Leather armor is made from the skin and hides of animals. It is the second weakest light Armor and the easiest to obtain.
-Chainmail: Chainmail armor is made of interlocking links of metal, forming a light and flexible, yet sturdy armor that provides better protection than fur and leather armor. Most guards in human cities wear Chainmail armor (with the exception of the Royal Guard) in combination with a cuirass bearing the cities symbol.
-Glass: Glass Armor is made from a volcanic rock found on the Isle of Bliss. In contrast to ebony armor, glass armor is much lighter though it is not the lightest availible. The armor comes primarily semi-translucent and opaque green and can give off a greenish-glow in the dark. Other colors are availible depending in the way it is crafted. Glass armor requires a magical process to allow it to withstand the blow from a weapon. Only the most skilled and gifted mages can perform this and the armor is very rare as a result. Glass is the best human used material for armor, though it is by no means the best.

Heavy Armor
-Iron: Iron armor is a very affordable and easy to acquire heavy armor.
-Steel: Steel armor is one step up from Iron Armor in quality, performance, and price.
-Orcish: Orcish armor is a surprisingly light steel plate worn over cloth padding. Light and comfortable in contrast to other steel plate designs, it is worn primarily by the Orcs. It is similar to Steel armor but with hightened
defensive qualities.
-Ebony: Ebony armor is thick and extremly rare as a result. It is crafted from a rare form of volcanic rock found on the Isle of Lost Souls.
Long before the Isle of Lost Souls became what it is now, Ebony armor was much more common, today it is very hard to come across even one piece of the armor.
The armor is so named because of its opaque, jet black, glossy surface.
Some high ranking warriors and soldiers who wear Ebony armor have been known to add gold trim along seams to add contrast and visual appeal. Ebony is the strongest human used material for heavy armor, though it is by no means the best.

Classes

Warrior - the 'powerhouse' of all the classes; a warrior is exceptionally good at melee and armor. They can take hits and give them back. A pretty generic class, but none of the less an important one to each group and army.
Specifications: Warrior (general class), Barbarian (enraged warrior, very offensive and insane), Knight (a heroic figure, one that does not rely on power or toughness, but more on skill. Generally famed well), and


Mage - users of magic, they are very good at conjuring spells, whether offensively, defensively, or to buffer someone else.
Specifications: mage (general class), druid (more with nature and the 'earth', can shapeshift into animals), priest (not necessarily religous, just more holy; their good for buffering and healing).

Witch/Warlock - good offensivly and specialize in summoning demons, demonology, and destructive magic.
Specifications: with/warlock (general class), demonic priest (specialize a lot in demonology, buffer with demonic chants, etc.), demonic war priest (specializes in summoning powerful physical demons)

Rouge - the shadows of society, thieves of towns, or hired assassins; these people are trained to be stealthy and fast. They aren't as strong or tough as a warrior, but what they lack in that they make up for in becoming unknown and agile.
Specification: rogue (general class), assassin (good at being stealthy with their attacks, tend to use small, but lethal weapons to deal the killing blow the first time), thief (very good at being stealthy and pickpocketing. Good at unlocking treasure and doors; tend to fight dirty)

Ranger - tough people, they tend to lean towards ranged combat, but can handle themselves well in CQC. They tend to be good at survivability, tracking, and the like. All Ranger specifications can have 1 animal companion that their very in tuned with, usually the pet only follows everything they say and as a result are generally immune to turning against their master from magic. This is because the connection between the two is very strong.
Specifications: Ranger (general class), Tracker (tend to be good at tracking, finding clues and the like. They know the geographies very well and tend to like planning ahead, use close and ranged combat.), Archer (very good at ranged, mostly with bows and arrows. They can pin point targets easily and are deadly at far ranged), Hunter (tend to be good at surviving, use close and ranged combat, have knowledge of the animals, favor traps alot)

Bard - tend to enchant others magically with stories, music, and the like. They help buffer up other party members to fight more, push fowards, etc. They can weaken their enemies with techniques as mention above; they are exceptianal fighters also.
Specifications: Bard (general class), musician (tends to enchant and buffer others with music, singing, and the like), entertainer (tends to enchant and buffer others with dancing and the like), and storyteller (tends to enchant and buffer others with stories, mysteries, inspiring words and the like)

Shaman - shamans combine physical training with the elements. Shamans generally use the furies of the elements to strike down their foes, while battling with the wisdom of their ancestors. They can buffer their party members or cause destruction through the elements. Although not as much 'magical' power as a mage or a warlock they can also tend to be very good in CQC. They generally lug around a totem of their choice, because of this specifications can be either one specific element or a mix. Also, instead of using the elements to attack they could invoke it on themselves to buffer themselves up, (in example they can use earth to make themselves physically stronger, which might appear as a spiritual rock creature behind the user.)

You guys can mix two classes together, one class and one specification, or two specifications such as: (2 classes: warrior and mage), (1 class 1 specification: Warrior and Assassin), and (2 specifications: assassin and musician.) Just remmber if you pick 2 classes your more generalized with you abilities in both classes, when you mix class and specification your abilities are generalized on one side, while your specified in other abilities rather then generalized, and when you mix 2 specializations you have specialized abilities all round.

Race Specific Classes:

Runesmith: their the best at what they do, which would be creating the best weapons and armor. Their hardworking people and have the ability to also enchant weapons, armors, and the likes. As a result of working in mines and hammering their equipment they are also extremely strong; their able to inscribe runes into their weapons or armor, usually carry a large book in, which they inscribe buffs with ink.

Your free to make up names for each mix and your free to add another specification to any class. Examples below.

Mixed Classes - Death Mage (Warlock and any other class except the mage class.)

- Note that Korgoth of Barbaria was originally a cartoon series slated to be under Cartoon Network (Adult Swim) created by Aaron Springer. This character is loosely based off of Korgoth, the protoganist of the series. Unfortunately, the series never took off, and to date there is only one pilot episode. All rights are reserved to Cartoon Network, Aaron Springer and Genndy Tartakovsky -

Name - Argoth of the Frozen Wastes
Age - 20
Gender - Male
Race - Human
Occupation - Barbarian, mercenary, thief... Hero.

Class: Warrior! GRAW!
Specifications: Barbarian (brutal ultra-violence and rage), Knight (heroism and skill)

Backstory/History - From the Mighty Frozen North emerges a warrior known only as Argoth. Throughout the ages, all of the great cities had already risen and fallen.
Born and raised amongst the wooly beasts, harsh frozen winds, sharp ice, and the unforgiving and relentless snowfall. Argoth was brought up to be a warrior, and from birth, dwelled far beyond the Dwarven territories deep inside the wild mountains and tundra. He was accompanied only by his mother until she was slain by marauding orcs. He killed them all subsequently at only seven years of age. Argoth grew stronger each day out in the frozen lands, and the cruel landscapes aged him. By the time he was thirteen, Argoth stood at 5'8, 135 pounds, and had slain countless beasts. Several years passed, and after walking amongst the brutal lands, Argoth relocated. Navigating the perilous Kara'zadrin Mountains, Argoth faced extremely hard challenges, like confronting the Thousand-Eyed Buzzard, slaying the Orcish ninja Gogg-ma-gogg the Inscrutable, and destroying the Dwarven warlord Nailface. Throughout his adventures, Argoth has also defeated the previous warlord of the Deathgrinders, and has seen Belphegor the Thrasher and lived to tell the tale. Now, facing the primordial beasts that have reclaimed the wilderness, Argoth now has taken a break from the destruction. After wandering across of all Athlentel, he now takes up residence in the slums of Arcadia until his thirst for blood and adventure seizes him once again.

Appearance: 6'1, with brown hair and and a light beard. Green eyes, and and athletic build. Light skin.
Occupation/Class: Swordsman of the Athlentel Royal Army/Warrior
Backstory/History: Barann Tairenel was the son of a farmer who lived outside of Arcadia. In his childhood, he enjoyed playing in the forest around his family's farm, and playing with his friends. However, one day, he and one of his friends were attacked by a Dark Elf scout. Barann and his friend fled to his father's farm, where his father tried to protect them from the Dark Elf. He was killed, but before the Scout could attack the children, a group of High Elves appeared and killed him. Barann's mother and himself watched as the Elves left. While mourning his father's death, Barann noticed his friend had vanished. His mother blamed the elves for the death of her husband, and instilled a dislike of them in her son. Barann eventually became part of the Athlentel Royal Army, and became skilled in the use of a sword and shield. He is currently tasked with preventing Barbarian incursions on Human lands.
Personality: Gruff and serious, but loosens up a great deal around friends. Will joke when with friends. Skilled in bladed combat. Has a mild dislike for all elves.
Armor Style/Material: Heavy Armor/Steel
Weapon Style: Bladed
Weapons: Steel Longsword and Shield

Name: Alayra MaeThel
Age: 25(physically)
Gender: Female
Race: High Elf
Appearance: 5'6, with blond hair and glowing blue eyes(like all High Elves). Slender and feminine, but athletic build. Pale skin.
Occupation/Class: Scout of the High Elven Imperial Army/Rouge
Backstory/History: When Alayra was very young, only nine, she grew tired of restrictions placed upon her by her parents. At the time, she did not understand how dangerous it was outside of the High Elven city for a young High Elf. She ran away from home, and soon met a young human boy, no older then herself. They forged a friendship, and frequently played in the woods. One day, a Dark Elf scout discovered her, and attacked. Both children fled to the human boy's father's farmhouse, where the father tried to protect them. The Scout cut him down, and prepared to attack the children, before being killed by a High Elven search party that had gone looking for Alayra. They took her home, and she spent the rest of her life growing up in the High Elven city, training in combat. She is currently employed as a scout, and to some extent, an assassin, killing Dark Elves who try to infiltrate human cities.
Personality: Cheerful and calm outside of combat, serious and focused in combat. Is willing to make friends with any allies, and quite easy to get along with.
Armor Style/Material: Light/Leather with very little steel
Weapon Style: Duel Wield and Ranged
Weapons: Twin Elven Daggers made out of enchanted(therefore stronger) steel, Longbow.

Race: Human
Appearance: 6'0", with short, dark brown hair and and light stubble. Athletic build and brown eyes, Skin has a slight tan to it.
Occupation/Class: Son of a former Nobleman, High Guard for current Noble/Warrior
Backstory/History: Derieus was the adopted son of Antonal Serenial, the high Noble and respected leader of the Village of Atremis. When his adopted Father died (who wasn't married), Derieus was still much too young to inherit his father's place, thus his uncle took over. While his Uncle certainly did not share his father's love for the child, he did treat him like family. As Dereius recovered from the traumatic experience of his father's death he found people whom he could share his grief with, and recovered quickly. He began taking lessons in Sword play with his uncle when he was older, and learned multiple techniqes dealing with a One handed Sword and Shield. He also learned a deceant amount with dual-wielding swords, but pefers using a shield. When Derieus reached age of Adulthood, he inherited his father's sword, Cerberus. His family is known for pocessing one of two known full body Dragon Armors, made from the scales magically fused with some of the best metals, and are one of the best armors in the world. Seeing these inspired Derieus learn all he could about Dragons and their mythical ways. He is Currently a Knight in his Uncle's High Guard.
Personality: Mostly is a good natured indivisual, a good sense of humor and is mostly seen smiling. He perfers not too drink, only on the most special of occasions. Skilled in bladed combat, has perfected his skills wielding a Sword and Shield and is a seasoned swordsmen with dual weaponing as well. Has strong facinataion and respect for Dragons.
Armor Style/Material: Light Armor/ Chainmail with a leather "vest" over it.
Weapon Style: Bladed
Weapons: Silver Longsword, Shield, and Steel Shortsword.

Gender: Male
Race: Dwarf
Appearance: 4'8, tanned skin, long dark brown beard and hair, and brown eyes. Along with his armor and pelt he wears a cloak, rucksack, and gloves. Muscle build, but a little plump.
Occupation/Class: Frost Shaman and Runesmith
Backstory/History: Grawf Badizon is of the family line of Rgzird Badizon, the King of the Dwarves who fought back the army of Orcs. After his childhood he became a blackmisth for years and then eventually a runesmith. He joined the Grand Dwarven Army soon after as a runesmith making his way up. He joined the Masoned Musketeers, an elite group of Dwarves who are not only precise with a gun, but very good at CQC. Soon, Grawf became a general after years of combat and won many skirmishes against the orcs and Giants. Unfortunately, he failed to defend a city and lost the rank of General. Furious he left out on a journey to regain honor and come back to once more lead his army, later to become king.
Personality: Funny, calm, wise, and serious when the time is needed. He likes to drink, but keeps to himself most of the time. He's calculating and never fears; a strong heart and a good fighter he will bring forth himself and any troops he commands. He's a great leader, likes to plan, and is a very good strategist. He's skilled in using a two-handed axe and one-handed sword fighting style, training in it for years; he's also a greatmarksmen, generally, with guns.
Armor Style/Material: Heavy/steel with a dark grey pelt covering it
Weapon Style: Duel-Wield and Fist fighting
Weapons: Two engraved silver axes and a totem like staff. Gloves are laced with steel.
Animal Companion: Cave bear on which to ride on.

Appearance: (See picture below)
Occupation/Class: Warrior / Knight
Backstory/History: Her past is much different than most woman born into a family of the Royal Legion. Her father wanted a son, but instead got a daughter. Her training did not start until much later than usual but the fact that she was a woman did not stop her, she trained as hard as the men and even put most to shame in training fights.
She eventually became second in command of the Royal Legion for Athlentel and became one of Princess Rika Alanzars personal bodyguards.
Personality: Kindhearted, but as a Legionaire she is not easily shaken in battle. She is highly religous, as are all Legionaires.
Armor Style/Material: Light Armor / Leather and Steel
Weapon Style: Sword and Shield
Weapons: A custom crafted sword with her family name engraved at the base of the blade, standard Royal Legion shield (black with gold detailing that states her rank) and two custom crafted daggers.

Age: Unknown (Prince Alanzar was 26 when he was consumed by the cursed sword Inarodr)
Gender: Male
Race: Human in appearance only
Appearance: Consumed completly in a demonic looking jet black Ebony armour, underneath is a pale Prince Alanzar, completly consumed by the evil soul of Deszythin. The armour is covered in a black cloak when he is not in combat.
Occupation/Class: Soldier-ish
Backstory/History: (refer to SotP Disclaimer)
Personality: The evil of all evil. Uncaring, he does not know mercy.
Armor Style/Material: Heavy Armour/ Ebony
Weapon Style: Single-handed sword, uses a shield in heavy combat
Weapons: Inarodr, the cursed sword of the damned.

Inarodr. The stone at the handles base is a crimson red rather then blue.
